Error when signing Members onto Patrol 'Member Not in Patrol Log'.

This error is caused by a network disruption during sign-on, which prevents the Patrol Log from being created correctly in SurfGuard.

SurfCom (SOC) manually signs on a patrol and the Operations App is not updated; rostered members appear as No Shows.

Sign-on is completed in SurfCom without the corresponding patrol updates being completed in the Operations App.

  • Ensure patrol updates are completed in the Operations App after SurfCom sign-on to prevent incorrect No Show listings.
