Anyone can view the “Complaints” tile
This module allows you to navigate directly to the Complaints site where you can lodge a child safe matter or make a formal complaint.
How to navigate to Complaints:
Navigate to “Applications”
Scroll over the Complaints tile
Select “Navigate to Complaints”
