How to leave a family group

Select the “Leave Family Group” button (Note: you will not be able to view this button if are under 18 years old, the primary member of the family group, there is only one other person in the family group, or have a pending New Family Group, New Family Group Member, Delete Family Group, Leave Family Group, Renew Club Membership, or Transfer request)

View a confirmation pop-up and select “Submit Request”
