How to add a new member to a family group
Select the “Add Member” button (Note: you will not be able to view this button if you have a pending Transfer request or are under 18 years old or a standard member of the family group)
Select “Brand New Members” and “Next”
Enter the details for at least one new member (you can add more than one). Note: if the new member you are adding is less than 18 years old, you will be required to fill in a parent/guardian contact for them
When you’re done adding members select “Next”
Tick to recognise and accept the Declaration (Note: the parent/guardian must acknowledge the membership declaration on the member’s behalf if they are less than 18 years of age)
Select “Next”
Select the applicable joining fee for the newly added members and select “Next”
Select the applicable add-on fees for the newly added members (Note: if there are no add-on fees available for all of the newly added family members, then this page won’t show)
View a summary of the fees you will pay
Select your desired payment method (Note: the available payment options are determined by your club)
If you selected “Card” then enter the relevant details and select “Next”
View a confirmation pop-up and select “Submit Request”
Your request has successfully been submitted for approval!
A record of this request to create a new family group will appear in the following areas:

Once your club reviews and approves the two pending requests, the new member will receive an email with instructions for how to access the SLS Hub.
The “Pending Approval” indicator will be removed from the member’s name and they will officially be part of this Family Group.
