How to renew your membership

  1. Select the “Renew” button (Note: you will not be able to view this button if you have a pending Renew Club Membership, Change Sub-Membership Category, Archive Membership, or Transfer request)

  1. Select the season you would like to renew for

If you are already registered for the current season → only the next season will show in the dropdown.

If you are registered for the previous season (or any previous one including if you are archived) → only the current and next season will show in the dropdown

  1. Tick the member declaration to acknowledge it and select “Next” (Note: if you are under 18 years old, an additional declaration will show and must be ticked/acknowledged by your parent/guardian)

  1. Select your renewal fee and add-on fees (if applicable) and select “Next”

  1. View a summary of the fees you will pay

  1. Select your desired payment method and enter the relevant details (Note: the available payment methods will depend on the organisation you are renewing for)

  2. If you are paying via Credit Card: Select “Pay and Submit Request”

  3. If you are paying via Bank Transfer or Other: Select “Next”

  1. Review the details or your request and select “Pay and Submit Request” (if you are paying via Credit Card) or “Submit Request” (if you are paying via Bank Transfer or Other)

Your renewal application has been submitted successfully!

The club will process your renewal request and send you an email when it has been approved.
