Sessions

You can access the “Nipper Tracker - Sessions” module if you have been given the “Session Attendance” permission in SurfGuard

This module allows you to manage previous, current, and future Nipper sessions for the season. You can:

  • View sessions with Nippers in age groups you’ve been given access to

  • Add visitors to a session

  • View a Nipper’s info

  • Check in/out Nippers manually

  • Check in/out Nippers using RFID

  • Edit the check-in/check-out time

  • View important notes about a Nipper

  • View, add, edit, or delete Nipper notes

  • View add, edit, or delete Age Group notes

  • Document which lessons will be completed in the session

  • Download a copy of information on all Nippers in the session and all Age Group notes
