10.3 Manage Orders

You can access the “Manage Orders” module if you hold an active officer position in SurfGuard and hold the “Receive Payment Gateway Email Notifications and View Orders Report in Members Area” permission.

This module allows you to view all orders. You can:

  • Utilise filters to search for orders (Note: you will only be able to view orders for organisations you have been given access to in SurfGuard)

  • Utilise a Quick Search bar to search for names in the Primary Member Name column.

  • Click the “eye” icon to view a summary of the order

  • Download a copy of the orders you’ve searched for
