How to deactivate a SLS Hub user account

  1. Use the filters or search bar to search for an SLS Hub user

  2. Select “eye” icon next to the record that you would like to view

  1. Select the “Deactivate User” button

  1. View a confirmation pop-up and select “Deactivate Anyway”

This user’s account is now deactivated!

While their account is in status “Inactive” they will not be able to log into their SLS Hub account.
