How to activate a SLS Hub user account

  1. Use the filters or search bar to search for an SLS Hub user account

  2. Select the “eye” icon next to the record that you would like to view

  1. Select the “Activate User” button

  1. View a confirmation pop-up and select “Activate Anyway”

This user’s account is now activated!

While their account is in status “Active” they can log into their SLS Hub account.
