4. Logging in to the Reporting System

4. Logging in to the Reporting System

Once an active user is appointed as a Complaint Manager, they will be able to access the Reporting System by logging in at https://complaints.sls.com.au/slsa/login.

They will need to use the same login details used for the SLS Hub at https://members.sls.com.au (this is not their Surfguard login details if they are a Surfguard admin).

4.1 Errors with Log In

Login credentials (username and password) are case sensitive. If you get an error when logging in, it may mean that you do not have permission to access the Reporting System, or you are not a registered Complaint Manager, or the password or username entered are invalid:

If you are able to log in to the SLS Hub but not the Reporting System, it is likely that you have either not been assigned a Complaint Manager role, or your role has expired. Please check with your club administrator in this situation.

If you are unable to log in due to a username or password is incorrect error, please visit https://hub.sls.com.au/ and click “Forgotten username or password” on the Log In screen.

You will then be given the option to have your username sent to you with the option to reset your password via email or as an SMS.

If you still have issues when using the Reporting System or obtaining a username or resetting a password, please log a support ticket at https://help.sls.com.au.
