9. Resources
The Resources section holds a library of useful documents relevant to the Reporting System and the handling of reports.
Documents are grouped into:
Policies – includes all SLSA policies covered by the Reporting System.
Templates – info to come
Procedures – info to come
If you have a document you think ought to be included in the Resources section, please contact complaints@sls.com.au
9.1 Uploading Documents to the Resources Section
As a Complaint Manager, if you have access to state-level organisations or are a Complaint Manager for SLSA, you are able to upload documents to the Resources screen in the Reporting System.
Switch to the tab relevant to the type of document you are uploading and look for the upload icon next to the search and view options:
If an uploaded document is no longer valid or was uploaded in error, or a new version needs to be uploaded to replace an existing one, you may be able to remove it or replace it.
If you cannot see the upload, edit or delete buttons, you are either a branch or club user who does not have permission to manage documents. You will need to contact your State manager to request any new documents to be uploaded.
