10. Reports View
The Reports option in the left menu provides a means to view and export report data tailored to your needs. You can also export report data for use in Excel or other 3rd party applications.
On this screen, you can:
Filter all reports to a specific organisation and year across all types of report: complaints, grievances and Child Safe Concerns.
Export the details to PDF, CSV or Excel
You can also configure the columns to be included in the report
The Organisation dropdown allows you to filter complaints or child safe concerns to those involving all or any of the organisations you have been assigned as a Complaint Manager for. Note that being a Complaint Manager for a branch or state does not give you automatic access to reports for any branch or club under those organisations; only those you have been assigned to as CM.
By default, the reports view displays the following columns:
Code
Nature of the Complaint or Child Safe Concern
Club, Branch or State
Respondent’s Name
Report Status (open, active, resolved)
Date last actioned
Date resolved
You can add or remove the columns and the order in which they are displayed, by customising the report to include other columns, including:
ID
Complainant Name
Complainant Email
Alleged Victim:
Location
CSC Level
Description CSC
Assign(ed) To
Assign(ed) By
Assign(ed) On
Use the Configure Columns option to customise your reports.
Customise the Report
If the default columns displayed in the Reports view don’t suit you, you can modify them to create a custom report. Click the 3 dots menu and choose “Configure Columns” from the options:
Click the Add/Remove link to display all the available columns and click and drag the columns around to format your report:
When you’re done, click “Update” to save your changes and filter the report as required.
Saving a Customised Report as a Favourite
Once you have configured the columns of a report to your liking, you can optionally apply any filters and then save the view as a favourite. In the example below, the columns have been changed and a Status of Active applied before saving to favourites:
If another report’s status is set to “Active”, it will automatically show up in this report.
