Request to Reopen a Closed Patrol Log
If you wish to close a patrol log click on the Close icon
If you wish to re-open a patrol log that has a status of closed click on the ‘Request Re-open’ tab for the relevant patrol log.
Your request will be sent to your next highest authority i.e.: Branch or State Office
The Log Status will then display as ‘Request Re-open’.
*Note: * Once your request for a log to be re-opened has been processed the log will appear with the ‘Open’ Status.
Patrol logs that have been re-opened will only remain open for 7 days before the system automatically closes it again.
If you wish to have a patrol log deleted click on the ‘Request Delete’ tab
Request for a Patrol Log deletion will change the log status to read as ‘Request Delete’
Note: A patrol log must be closed before you can request a delete.
