IRD

Incident reporting represents the recording of drowning, rescues, first aid etc. Data relating to the incident should be entered as near as possible in timing to the occurrence of the incident. Clubs, Branches and Other Services who require access to the IRD need to apply for access via the SLSA IT System Access Form

The following incidents need to be entered into the IRD:

• Drowning

• Near Drowning

• Resuscitation

• Member Injury

• Employee Injury

• Major First Aid (Spinal etc.)
