How to approve a submission


  1. Tick the box for “Require my approval” and select the submission you would like process

  1. View details of the applicant and their submission.

Note: you can select the applicant’s Member ID for a new tab to open navigating you directly to the member’s Member Profile in SurfGuard

  1. Select the approval tab to view the steps for approval

  2. Select the “Approve” button if you approve this submission

  1. View a confirmation pop-up, add any comments (example: “Member is eligible”) and select “Approve”

This step of the application is now approved!

Once all stages are approved, it will show that the Award has been successfully awarded.
