Select “Proceed to Join Form”
Select the club you want to join and “I am a parent/guardian (18+) looking to sign up my child/family” if the scenario applies to you
If you are looking to sign up your child/children only you must go back to the Sign In page and create an SLS Hub account for each child under their own name
Select “I am looking to sign up myself and family members” if the scenario applies to you
Select “Next”
Enter the details of at least one primary member (Note: this must be the parent or guardian’s info)
Enter the details of at least one standard member
Select “Next”
Enter your contact and emergency contact details and select “Next”
Parent/guardian details are required for anyone <18 years of age. They will be copied in on all email/SMS communication.
Tick to recognise and accept the Declaration
If one of the family members is <18 years of age, the parent/guardian must acknowledge the membership declaration on their behalf
Select “Next”
Select the applicable joining fees for each member and select “Next”
Select the applicable add-on fees for each member and select “Next”
View a summary of the fees you will pay
Select your desired payment method
If you selected “Card” then enter the relevant details
Select “Pay” or “Next”
Your membership application is now successfully submitted!
Once payment has been made, the club will process your membership request and send you an email when it has been approved.
