3.2 Sign In – How to get your username

  1. Navigate to the SLS Hub Sign In page

  2. Select “Forgot Username or Password”

  1. If you’ve forgotten your Username, enter your Email and First Name and select “Send Reminder”

  1. If the system recognises the Email and First Name you provided, you will see a success message.

  1. Receive an email containing your Username.

  1. Select the SLS Hub hyperlink in the email and log into the SLS Hub using your username and password.
