How to delete a SLS Hub user account

  1. Use the filters or search bar to search for an SLS Hub user account

  2. Select the “Delete” button beside the user’s name (Note: you can only view this button if the user account is not linked to a Member ID)

  1. View a confirmation pop-up and select “Delete” (Note: this user account will be soft deleted)

This user’s account has been deleted!

The account will no longer be searchable or appear on the Find User list page.
