How to view a SLS Hub user's account history

  1. Use the filters or search bar to search for an SLS Hub user

  2. Select the “eye” icon next to the record that you would like to view

  1. Scroll down to the “Status Change History Log” section to view any changes that occurred to a user’s account.

Only the following actions will show in this log:

  • First Name updated

  • Last Name updated

  • Status updated

  • Mobile updated

  • Email update

  • Permission Type updated

  • User created

  • User activated

  • User deactivated

  • Password changed

  • Password reset

  • X Award request submitted
