User Accounts FAQs


  • Your account details (First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth) are verified against those stored in the SLSA National Membership database, SurfGuard.

  • If you wants to view your own awards, patrol hours, arrange patrol substitutes or access courses via eLearning then you must have your own SLS Hub account.

  • For the purposes of annual Membership Renewals and transferring a family group to another organisation, a parent/guardian can create a SLS Hub account, create a Family Group (even if the family members have their own SLS Hub accounts) and renew or transfer all members of the family group with one login.
