How to submit an application for TAF Re-Endorsement


  1. Select if the award is for you or someone else

You will only be able to submit a form on behalf of a member if you hold an officer position on the:

  • Club level or

  • State level with “Online Form Submitter & Approve” ticked or

  • Branch level with “Online Form Submitter” ticked

  1. Select the club the applicant is a member of

  2. Select which form you would like to submit

  3. Select “Next” to proceed

The system will check if the applicant holds the relevant TAF awards and at least one of the prerequisite awards required to access the form. If they don’t meet these requirements, they will see an error message and not be able to proceed

  1. View the details of the your current club and indicate if you wish to re-endorse as a TAF with another state

  1. View the pre-requisite awards required to renew your TAF award and if you have met those requirements or not.

  • If you hold all the pre-requisite awards you see a green tick. If you don’t hold all the awards you see a red cross.

  • If you hold multiple versions of the same award (example Unit of Competency (UOC) HLTAID009 x 4 or Child Safe Awareness x 3) only the most recently allocated award will show

  • Only TAF awards that have an expiry date on 31 December in the current season will show (eg if it is the 2025/2026 season, only awards that have an expiry date of  31 December 2025 will show)

  1. View the number of times you are listed as a Trainer or Assessor.

  1. Tick the declaration box

  1. Select “Submit”

  2. View a pop-up confirmation and select “Submit Request”

The application is now submitted!

You can check the status of your submission on the More: History → Submissions page

Select the “eye” icon to view a copy of your submission

For Admins:

  • A record of this action will also appear in the Change Log (of the person who submitted the request) of the Admin - Find User → View User (General) module with the action of “X Award requested”

  • If you submitted a TAF Re-endorsement form on behalf of a member, an email will automatically be sent to that member letting them know that a TAF Re-Endorsement Form has been submitted on their behalf and which TAF awards they are being re-endorsed for.
