4.1.9 Action Required

This widget reminds you it’s time to renew your club membership or the membership of someone in your family group.

Select the hyperlink called “Renew” and you will be navigated to the renewal form for that particular club.

For Admins: See rules below for who can and cannot view the “Action Required” widget (note: if the prerequisites aren’t met then the widget will be hidden)

The user is a primary member of a family group and all of the following prerequisites are met for at least one member in their family group (not including themselves):

*otherwise the Family groups renewal reminder will be hidden for this user

Family group member has a Membership Status of “Active” or “Archived” and
Family group member’s Registered Season is in the past (i.e. not the current season or future season) and
Family group member does not have a Change Sub-Membership Category request in SurfGuard with a status of “Pending” and
Family group member does not have a Renew Club Membership request in SurfGuard with a status of “Pending” and
the current date falls on or between the start and end dates for the club’s Registration Season (configured in SurfGuard)

The user is a standard member of a family group

N/A - Family groups renewal reminder will be hidden for this user

The user is not a member of a family group and all of the following prerequisites are met:

User has a Membership Status of “Active” and
User’s Registered Season is in the past (i.e. not the current season or future season) and
User does not have a Change Sub-Membership Category request in SurfGuard with a status of “Pending” and
User does not have a Renew Club Membership request in SurfGuard with a status of “Pending” and
the current date falls on or between the start and end dates for the club’s Registration Season (configured in SurfGuard)
