Favourites

The Favourites section of the Navigation Panel contains menu items you’ve bookmarked for easy access.

You can use Favourites to:

  • Go directly to your commonly used pages

  • Reduce time spent navigating the menu

Favourites

  1. Navigate to the Menu.

  1. Select the bookmark next to the menu item you would like to add to your favourites.

  1. Your favourite now appears in the Favourites section of the Navigation Panel.

 Instructions - Remove Favourites

  1. Hover over the Favourite to highlight and show bookmark.

  2. Click the bookmark to remove it (if on mobile/tablet then swipe left).

Action

I can no longer see an item I saved as a Favourite

A favourite is removed automatically if:

  • You lose permission to the menu item

  • The menu item is removed from SurfGuard

  • Check the Menu to see if you have accidentally unmarked it as a Favourite - then favourite again.

  • SurfGuard user accounts are managed by each state office. Contact your state centre using the appropriate form here to have them update your permissions if necessary.

I want to change the order of favourites shown

The order of favourites are displayed in the order in which they are added from the main Menu.

  • Remove all favourites from the sidebar, then re-add them to from the main Menu in your preferred order.
