The Quick Access section on the Navigation Panel provides system-defined shortcuts to commonly used application areas without opening the full menu. The items you see are based on your current organisation and permissions.

One of my Quick Access links no longer shows when I switch to a different organisation

The Quick Access items you see depend on:

  • Your permissions

  • The organisation you are currently viewing

  • SurfGuard user accounts are managed by each state office. Contact your state centre using the appropriate form here to have them update your permissions if necessary.

I don’t see a Quick Access section in the Navigation panel at all

If no Quick Access items are available at all because of your permissions, the entire Quick Access section is hidden from the sidebar.

I want to add, remove, or reorder the Quick Access shortcuts

The Quick Access shortcuts are system‑controlled and not customisable.
