The Total Registered Members (Club) widget provides a high-level summary of membership numbers for the current season, broken down by Sub‑Membership category.

It is designed to give users a quick, visual understanding of their active membership base.

What the chart shows

  • A column chart displays the total number of registered members for the current season.

  • Each column represents a Sub‑Membership category:

    • Probationary

    • Junior Activity Member (5-13 years)

    • Cadet Member (13-15 years)

    • Active (15-18 years)

    • Active (18+ years)

    • Award Member

    • Reserve Active

    • Long Service

    • Past Active

    • Associate

    • Life Member

    • General

    • Honorary

    • Non-member Participants

    • Leave/Restricted

    • Community Member

    • Inclusive/Adaptive Program Participant

    • Nipper Parent

  • Only categories with a count greater than 0 are displayed

How to use this widget

  • Hover over a column to view the full Sub‑Membership category name and value

Troubleshooting

I can’t see this widget on the dashboard

This widget is only visible if:

  • You are on the club level, and

  • You are viewing the Memberships application

  • Check your organisation and application contexts and switch if needed.

I don’t see the sub-membership category columns I expected

The organisation must have at least one member registered for the current season in that sub-membership category for the relevant sub-membership column to show

  • This is working as expected.

These numbers look lower than expected

The member will only be included in this widget if they:

  • Are an active member of the same organisation that you are viewing and,

  • Registered to the current season

  • This is working as expected.
