TAF and SS Award Holders

The TAF & SS Award Holders widget shows the number of Trainers, Assessors, Facilitators, as well as Surf Sports (SS) Officials and SS Development Coaches in the organisation.

What the widget shows

  • The widget displays counts for members in your organisation who:

    • Are proficient in at least one award within the award group listed below, and

      • Trainers

      • Assessors

      • Facilitators

      • Surf Sports Officials

      • Surf Sports Development Coaches

    • Are proficient for the entire current season

Note: A member is only counted once per award group, even if they hold multiple awards within that group.

How to use this widget

  • View the data displayed in the widget:

Troubleshooting

I can’t see this widget on the dashboard

This widget is only visible if you:

  • Are on the club level, and

  • Are viewing the Memberships application

  • Check your organisation and application contexts and switch if needed.

These numbers look lower than expected

The member will only be included in this widget if they:

  • Are a member of the same organisation that you are viewing

  • Are proficient in at least one award within the award group listed below, and

    • Trainers

    • Assessors

    • Facilitators

    • Surf Sports Officials

    • Surf Sports Development Coaches

  • Are proficient for the entire current season

  • This is working as expected.
