Member Request Actions

The Member Request Actions widget provides a quick summary of pending member requests that require action at your club.

It helps club administrators easily see what tasks need attention and jump directly to the relevant requests, without navigating through multiple menus.

What the widget shows

  • Each row displays the number of pending member requests, grouped by request type:

    • New Memberships to Approve

    • Membership Renewals to Action

    • Membership Category Changes

    • Personal Detail Updates to Approve

    • Members to Archive

    • Member Transfers to be Accepted

  • Each number represents the count of requests currently awaiting action for that request type.

How to use this widget

  • Select the question‑mark ( ? ) icon to view more details about what this widget shows:

  • Select the arrow to navigate to the pending requests that make up that value

Troubleshooting

Action

I can’t see this widget on the dashboard

This widget is only visible if you:

  • Are on the club level, and

  • Are viewing the Memberships application

  • Check your organisation and application contexts and switch if needed.

These numbers look lower than expected

The request will only show in this widget if:

  • It belongs to the same organisation that you are viewing

  • It is in Pending status

  • It is one of these request types:

    • New Memberships to Approve

    • Membership Renewals to Action

    • Membership Category Changes

    • Personal Detail Updates to Approve

    • Members to Archive

    • Member Transfers to be Accepted

  • This is working as expected.
