The Assessment Actions widget provides a summary of assessment requests that require action, broken down by specific assessment statuses.

It allows users to quickly identify outstanding assessment‑related work and navigate directly to the relevant assessment lists for processing.

What the widget shows

Each row displays the number of assessment requests in the current organisation only, broken down by assessment status:
- Assessments to be Submitted
- Assessments Awaiting Approval
- Assessments Awaiting Candidate Approval
- Assessments Needing Awards Allocation
- Assessments Needing Results Processing
Each number represents the total count of the number of assessments currently in that status
These requests are not limited to a specific season. This ensures that assessments completed toward the end of a previous season are not missed.

This widget is only visible if:

SurfGuard user accounts are managed by each state office. Contact your state centre using the appropriate form here to have them update your permissions if needed.

These numbers look lower than expected

The request will only show in this widget if:

It belongs to the same organisation that you are viewing (not its child organisations)
It is one of these assessment statuses:
- Incomplete
- Awaiting Approval
- Awaiting Candidate Approval
- Award Allocation
- Approved
