What the widget shows

  • The widget displays counts for members in the organisation and its hierarchy in the current season for:

    • Rescues

    • First Aid

    • Preventative Actions

How to use this widget

  • View the data displayed in the widget:

Troubleshooting

I can’t see this widget on the dashboard

This widget is only visible if you:

  • Are viewing the Memberships application

  • Check your application contexts and switch if needed.

These numbers look lower than expected

Possible reasons include:

  • Patrol logs have not yet been completed or approved

  • Activity has occurred outside the current season date range

  • Data entry for rescues, first aid, or preventative actions is missing or incomplete

Note: the widget only reflects recorded and saved patrol log data.

  • This is working as expected.

These numbers look higher than expected

Possible reasons include:

  • You are viewing the Dashboard at Branch, State or National level

Note: activity from child organisations is included in the totals

  • This is working as expected.
