Country SACC Code
The Country SACC Code page within the Maintenance area allows authorised users to manage the list of countries used throughout SurfGuard, including SACC (Standard Australian Classification of Countries) codes required for AVETMISS and reporting purposes.
View Countries
To view the list of countries:
Open the menu
Next, you have two options:
Scroll to the Maintenance section to find the Country SACC Code section
Search for “Country SACC code” in the search bar at the top right hand side of the page
Select the Country SACC Code option
View the Country SACC Code page which shows a list including:
Country name
SACC Code
Is Default (Only one country can be set as the default at any time and selecting Is Default on one record will unset it on other)
Enter the country title into the Search bar and select “Search”
The list will update with the search results
Add/Edit Countries
You can add or edit the list of countries only if you have the relevant permission to do so.
Option A: Add Country
Select the “Add Country” button
The Add Country drawer opens
Add details
Select Save to save your changes
If successful, a confirmation message appears:
Option B: Edit Country
Select one of the countries in the list
The Edit Country drawer opens
Update the details
Select Update to save your changes
If successful, a confirmation message appears:
Delete Countries
You can delete countries only if you have the relevant permission to do so.
Tick at least one of the countries in the list
Select the three vertical dots (kebab) in the top right of the screen
Select “Delete selected records”
Select “Delete”
If successful, a confirmation message appears
Troubleshooting

I can’t see the Country SACC Code option in the Menu | The Country SACC Code section is only visible under the Maintenance menu item if:

A Country I deleted still appears in reports | Deleting a Country prevents it from being selected for new or updated records. But deleted countries that are currently attached to existing member records are retained for historical accuracy |
