Reporting on Rescues (Recorded via Surfcom)

Rescue’s recorded directly in Surfcom will not be transferred to SurfGuard

Any rescues recorded in Surfcom via the following methods Recording Rescues in Surfcom will not be transferred to SurfGuard

The only Rescue’s that are transferred back to SurfGuard are those recorded via the Operations App

Operations App Rescues - Recorded as Part of a Patrol:

Rescue’s Recorded via the Operations App are Transferred to SurfGuard and can be located via Reports > Patrol > Patrolled and/or Unpatrolled Stats - Rescues

If a Club or Lifeguard is manually signed off in SurfCom after signing on via the Operations App, patrol data may become locked and rescue statistics may not transfer correctly.
